SEN Teaching Assistant - Bushey - ASAP

We are looking for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bushey, supporting children with complex and profound learning difficulties. This includes students with behaviour challenges, complex needs, physical and learning difficulties, and severe developmental delays. This is temporary to long term role.

As an SENTeaching Assistant, you will provide one-to-one support, help deliver personalised learning, and ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students. The ideal SENTeaching Assistant has experience with children with complex needs including SEMH, ASD, PMLD etc, strong communication skills, and a clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
