SEND Teaching Assistant
Area: B45, Birmingham
Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 3:30
Salary: £100 - £110 per day
Start date: ASAP
Monarch Education, part of Affinity Workforce, is working closely with a 'Good' rated school in B45 to join their SEND team. The role involves supporting pupils with learning difficulties both in and out of the classroom, including needs such as Autism, SEMH, and challenging behaviour.
This is a full-time, long-term role, Monday to Friday, starting ASAP for the full academic year for the right candidate. Experience working either 1-1 or in small groups with individuals with SEND needs is required; experience from a care setting is also acceptable.
We are seeking someone with a positive outlook, child-centered approach, willingness to go the extra mile, and ability to work well within a team.

Referral bonus: £200 for successful referrals of teachers and teaching assistants after 20 days of employment.
