Working Hours: 08:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and complex needs? Do you have experience with strategies like Now and Next and providing 1:1 support, including personal care? Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to children with ASC and complex needs, facilitating full participation in lessons and activities.
• Implement Now and Next strategies to provide structure and routine.
• Support with personal care needs, maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENDCO to implement individualized plans.
• Support positive behaviour management strategies.
• Encourage independence and confidence through praise and reinforcement.
• Monitor progress and well-being, contributing to education plans.
• Create an inclusive environment meeting academic, social, and emotional needs.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with children with ASC and complex needs in SEND settings.
