Job summary

Aspire People is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Royston, Hertfordshire on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis. The role supports pupils with SEND and requires GCSEs in English and Maths, reliability and a positive, calm approach.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:40pm, with duties including pupil support, classroom assistance and collaboration with teaching staff to implement learning plans. The position starts ASAP or after a notice period.
