Teaching Personnel is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs at a partner school in Ashington, England. You will join a dedicated team to help create a positive learning environment tailored to each pupil’s needs.
The role involves supporting children with Autism, SLD, and PMLD, in 1:1, small groups, and personal care where required. Applicants should be eligible to work in the UK and be prepared to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our specialist partner schools in Ashington.
You will be supporting children and young people with a range of complex needs, including Autism (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and associated communication and sensory needs.
Working alongside teachers and support staff, you will help create a positive and engaging learning environment tailored to each pupil's individual needs. This role may involve supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and with personal care where required.
