Are you a compassionate and skilled SEND Teacher with experience supporting students with Autism, communication difficulties, and physical disabilities? A South Birmingham special school is looking for an experienced teacher to lead a Key Stage 3 complex needs class starting from September. This role involves working with a small group of students in a well-equipped and highly supportive environment.
You will be delivering a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to the individual needs of your class. The students require a teacher who is creative, adaptable, and able to foster a calm and engaging learning environment. You’ll be supported by a team of experienced Teaching Assistants and work closely with therapists and pastoral staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated and nurturing team making a genuine difference in the lives of young people. QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is required for this role.
