About the School - SEN Teacher

This well-established SEN school supports children and young people aged 4-19 with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), SEMH, and complex communication needs. The school has a highly collaborative staff team, excellent facilities (including sensory rooms and therapy support), and a child-centred ethos.

The Role - SEN Teacher

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

· Deliver personalised and inclusive lessons to students with EHCPs

· Plan, differentiate, and assess learning tailored to individual needs

· Work closely with a team of TAs, therapists, and parents to support holistic progress

· Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment

· Support emotional regulation, communication, and independence

The Ideal Candidate Will Have - SEN Teacher

· QTS or QTLS (Applications from ECTs with SEN experience welcomed)

· Previous experience teaching students with SEND (particularly ASD, SLD or SEMH)

· Excellent classroom and behaviour management strategies

· A creative, adaptable and resilient approach

· A passion for inclusive practice and whole-child development
