Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a SEND Teacher to join a Stafford-based school on a temporary basis. You will deliver engaging lessons for KS3 and KS4 and support students with Autism/ASD and Learning Difficulties.

The role requires QTS, SEND experience, and strong classroom management. A patient, adaptable and caring approach is essential to help pupils develop confidence and life skills in an inclusive setting.

Job Title: SEND Teacher
Location: Stafford
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £160 - £200 per day

This school provides a warm and supportive environment for KS3 and KS4 students, with excellent facilities designed to support pupils with additional needs. The school has a strong focus on creating an inclusive setting where students are encouraged to develop confidence, independence and key life skills.

The school is looking to take on a SEND Teacher on a temporary basis, with flexible days available to suit the successful SEND Teacher s schedule. The successful applicant will be supporting students with Autism / ASD and Learning Difficulties across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons and providing the support needed to help students thrive.

The successful SEND Teacher will have:

• QTS


• Experience teaching within a SEND environment


• Experience supporting students with Autism / ASD and Learning Difficulties
