Job summary

Aspire People Limited is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a friendly SEND school in Gainsborough. The role offers an immediate start or after autumn half-term, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm, term-time only, full-time and long-term with potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

You will support pupils with SEND, assist with classes, lunchtime supervision and general care tasks. Experience with SEND is desirable; transferable skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEND is highly desirable.
• Candidates with strong transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting young people are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND in daily classroom activities.
• Assist the lead teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Supervise lunchtimes and provide safe, caring supervision.
• Help create an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students.
