Job summary

Justteachers Ltd is recruiting a compassionate Teaching Assistant for a SEND school in Gainsborough. The role is available full-time or part-time with an immediate start, supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs in a structured, nurturing environment.

You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver differentiated activities, provide one-to-one and small-group support, promote independence and social development, and help create a positive, inclusive classroom where every pupil can

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND in schools, care, or similar settings.
• Understanding of different special educational needs and how to support pupils effectively.
• Confidence in adapting learning approaches and supporting engagement within the classroom.
• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification.
