Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency in Harrow is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to join an ARP team. This full-time role supports a small class of 10–12 pupils, delivering 1:1 and small-group support, and helping pupils meet EHCP targets while developing independence.

The role works closely with the SEND Teacher, SENCO and wider staff to foster academic, social and emotional development. Start in September 2026; salary is £95 per day and easily accessible by public transport.

• Experience as SEND TA or similar role.
• Experience supporting ASC/ADHD/MLD/ complex needs.
