Supply Desk is seeking a qualified SEND Teacher to join our ARP provision in Hemel Hempstead from September 2026. You will teach small groups of pupils with EHCPs in KS1 and KS2, delivering tailored lessons in a supportive, specialist environment.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified SEND Teacher to join our Additional Resource Provision (ARP) from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to teach small groups of pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), providing tailored learning experiences that enable every child to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
The ARP supports children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with class sizes of approximately 8 10 pupils, allowing you to build strong relationships and deliver truly personalised teaching.
As our SEND Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of additional needs, including:
You will create a calm, structured and nurturing classroom where children feel safe, valued and motivated to learn. Working closely with support staff, therapists and families, you will help pupils develop academically while building confidence, independence and essential life skills.
The role includes supporting pupils with personal care, so applicants must be comfortable and willing to undertake this as part of their responsibilities.
