Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking an adaptable Teaching Assistant for a mainstream primary school in Harrow starting in September. You will support learning across a busy classroom, assist children with engagement and development, and help pupils with additional needs in a supportive team environment.

You will work across multiple year groups, building positive relationships and collaborating with teachers to tailor support and create inclusive learning experiences for all pupils.

Qualifications

• Have experience working with children, ideally within a school setting.
• Be willing and confident working across multiple year groups.
• Be comfortable supporting children with additional needs.
• Be patient, nurturing and adaptable.
• Have a positive and proactive attitude.
• Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Be keen to make a positive difference to children's learning and development.

• Support teaching and learning across a mainstream primary school
