Job summary

Stafflex Education Recruitment Limited in Huddersfield are seeking SEND Support Workers to join primary schools across Kirklees. This part-time, flexible role offers meaningful support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and opportunities to work 1:1 or with small groups.

You will work with an empathetic, patient approach, build positive relationships, and contribute to an inclusive classroom. DBS on Update Service will be required or obtained; competitive hourly pay of £15.60 with holiday

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN (school-based or similar).
• A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to adapt to different school environments and pupil needs.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
