Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time SEND Support Assistant to join a specialist school in Blyth. Supporting pupils with autism, learning difficulties and complex needs, you’ll help create a safe and supportive environment where every learner can grow in confidence.

Many of our most successful SEND support staff come from care backgrounds and use their transferable skills to make a real difference.
