Job summary

eTeach UK Limited is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a friendly village school. You will work under the SENDCo and teaching staff to support learning for pupils with special educational needs, with a particular focus on SEMH needs.

You will provide 1:1 support, encourage participation, and help improve learning outcomes. The role requires an understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and the ability to work well in a team as well as independently.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs.
• Fundamental understanding of safeguarding policies and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of learning under SENDCo and teaching staff.
• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs across the school, especially SEMH.
