• Work 1:1 or 2:1 with students needing extra support.
• Help set up engaging activities tailored to individual needs.
• Support teachers to maintain a positive, organised, and inspiring classroom.
• React calmly and constructively to classroom situations.
• Be part of a team with mentorship and opportunities for growth.
