Job summary

Philosophy Education is seeking experienced SEND/SEMH Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs across South East London and Kent. The role involves 1:1 and small-group sessions, working with ASC, ADHD and SEMH needs, and helping pupils regulate emotions and engage with learning.

Qualifications

• Past experience as SEND Teaching Assistant, SEMH Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor or Learning Support Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs.
• Support pupils with ASC, ADHD, SEMH needs and other learning difficulties.
• Assist pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour management.
• Implement IEPs and behaviour support plans.
