Job summary

SENse Learning in Havant, United Kingdom, is seeking Specialist Teachers to deliver one-to-one tutoring for SEND learners across KS1–KS5. Roles include in-person, remote, and hybrid support, with a trauma-informed, student-centred approach.

Experience with SEND/SEMH and QTS/QTLS is required. Roles are self-employed; interviews are on a rolling basis, and you can craft your own schedule with parents, carers or schools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-NQT teaching experience.
• Experience with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD and/or PMLD is preferred.
• Ability to deliver trauma-informed, student-centred teaching.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with diverse needs.
• Provide in-person, online/remote and hybrid tutoring support.
• Plan lessons and report progress with regular feedback.
