Quantum Scholars is looking for supportive, patient and experienced SEND/SEMH Tutors to work with children and young people across Somerset. These are in-person tutoring roles and are not online work.
The roles will involve providing personalised educational support to students who may have SEND and/or SEMH needs and would benefit from a flexible, individualised approach to learning. Tutors will be expected to build positive and trusting relationships with students, adapt their teaching and support to meet individual needs, and help young people develop their confidence, engagement and progress.
We are looking for tutors who are passionate about supporting young people who may have struggled within a traditional school environment and who can provide a calm, consistent and encouraging approach to education.
