Quantum Scholars is seeking experienced SEND/SEMH tutors to support children and young people across Herefordshire in in-person tutoring roles.
Tutors will deliver personalised learning, build trust, and adapt approaches to meet individual needs. Positions involve working with students with SEND/SEMH needs and require safeguarding and DBS checks where applicable.

Working arrangement: In-person
Quantum Scholars is looking for experienced, supportive and dedicated SEND and SEMH Tutors to work with children and young people across Herefordshire. These are in-person tutoring roles and are not online work.
The roles will involve providing personalised educational support to students who may have additional learning needs, SEND requirements or social, emotional and mental health needs. Tutors will be expected to build positive and trusting relationships with students, provide a consistent approach to learning and adapt their teaching to meet individual needs.
We are looking for tutors who are passionate about helping young people re-engage with education, build confidence and make meaningful academic and personal progress.
Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy
