Quantum Scholars is seeking supportive, patient SEND/SEMH Tutors to work with children and young people across Herefordshire. Roles are in-person and involve personalised educational support for students with SEND/SEMH needs.
You will build trust, adapt teaching to individual needs and help learners progress and engage in education. Ideal candidates have experience with children or young people in educational settings, strong communication skills, and a calm, patient approach.

Quantum Scholars is looking for supportive, patient and experienced SEND/SEMH Tutors to work with children and young people across Herefordshire. These are in-person tutoring roles and are not online work.
The roles will involve providing personalised educational support to students who may have SEND and/or SEMH needs and would benefit from a flexible, individualised approach to learning. Tutors will be expected to build positive and trusting relationships with students, adapt their teaching and support to meet individual needs, and help young people develop their confidence, engagement and progress.
We are looking for tutors who are passionate about supporting young people who may have struggled within a traditional school environment and who can provide a calm, consistent and encouraging approach to education.
