Qualifications

• Experience in roles with youth or care can be beneficial.
• Willingness to undertake DBS check and safeguarding training.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in 1:1 or small groups across key stages.
• Assist with SEN/SEMH needs and engagement in learning.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support pupil development.
• Be flexible, proactive and positive in approach to meet student needs.
