Quantum Scholars is seeking a compassionate Learning Mentor to support students in Wokingham in-person. You will provide individualised academic, pastoral and emotional guidance, helping pupils re-engage with education and build confidence.
Experience with SEND/SEMH is valuable, and you will work closely with teachers, parents and other professionals to monitor progress and foster resilience in learners.

Quantum Scholars is looking for a supportive, reliable and experienced Learning Mentor to work with children and young people in Wokingham. This is an in-person role and is not online work.
The role will involve providing individualised support to students who may benefit from additional academic, pastoral and emotional guidance. You will be expected to build positive and trusting relationships with students, help them develop confidence and resilience, and support them in re-engaging with education.
The successful candidate will have a patient and empathetic approach and be able to adapt their support to meet the individual needs of each student. Experience working with SEND and/or SEMH students would be particularly beneficial.
