Quantum Scholars is seeking a Learning Mentor to provide one-to-one and small group mentoring in Wokingham, working in-person with pupils requiring academic, pastoral and emotional support. You will help re-engage students with education, build confidence and resilience, and collaborate with teachers and families to tailor support.
Ideal candidates will have experience with SEND/SEMH and a patient, empathetic approach, with safeguarding at the forefront.

Quantum Scholars is looking for a supportive, reliable and experienced Learning Mentor to work with children and young people in Wokingham. This is an in-person role and is not online work.
The role will involve providing individualised support to students who may benefit from additional academic, pastoral and emotional guidance. You will be expected to build positive and trusting relationships with students, help them develop confidence and resilience, and support them in re‑engaging with education.
The successful candidate will have a patient and empathetic approach and be able to adapt their support to meet the individual needs of each student. Experience working with SEND and/or SEMH students would be particularly beneficial.
