Quantum Scholars in Wokingham is seeking a Learning Mentor to provide individualised support to students who may benefit from additional academic, pastoral and emotional guidance. You will build positive and trusting relationships with students and help them re-engage with education.
The role requires a patient and empathetic approach and the ability to adapt support to meet each student’s needs. Experience with SEND and/or SEMH is desirable and DBS checks may be required.

Quantum Scholars is looking for a supportive, reliable and experienced Learning Mentor to work with children and young people in Wokingham. This is an in-person role and is not online work.
The role will involve providing individualised support to students who may benefit from additional academic, pastoral and emotional guidance. You will be expected to build positive and trusting relationships with students, help them develop confidence and resilience, and support them in re-engaging with education.
The successful candidate will have a patient and empathetic approach and be able to adapt their support to meet the individual needs of each student. Experience working with SEND and/or SEMH students would be particularly beneficial.
