Smart Education is seeking a driven SEND Recruitment Consultant for our Oldbury team. You will connect with schools, SEND settings, teachers and candidates daily, matching the right people to the right opportunities and making a real difference.

In a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you’ll develop lasting relationships, recruit top SEND talent, and help grow our network while supporting students and schools.

• Recruitment experience is a plus, personality matters too.
