You'll connect with schools, SEND settings, teachers and support staff to match the right people with the right opportunities and make a real difference for pupils.

You'll build lasting relationships, recruit and interview SEND candidates, manage your own candidate and client relationships, and grow your network as part of an energetic, supportive team

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or a proven ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Motivated by targets and confident in a fast-paced environment.
