Halow Project is hiring a SEND Programme Year Leader in Guildford. This full-time, permanent role involves creating person-centred educational sessions for SEND learners and supporting delivery to groups of 6-12 young adults across Surrey. The role requires safeguarding a high-quality service and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Training is provided and a DBS check is required, with costs paid by Halow. Annual leave is 33 days and there is a focus on development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Creating person centred, goal orientated educational sessions for groups of SEND learners.
• Supporting the delivery of sessions to groups of 6-12 young adults.
• Providing a high level of service and support to participants, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Safeguarding and ensuring a safe, caring, responsive, effective and well led service.
