Quantum Scholars is looking for a supportive, patient and experienced SEND Primary Tutor to provide one-to-one educational support to children across Yeovil and the surrounding areas.
We have been approved to support young people accessing Alternative Provision and are looking for tutors who can provide personalised, engaging and flexible learning for primary-aged pupils who may have SEND and/or SEMH needs.
The role will involve building a positive and trusting relationship with the pupil, adapting learning to suit their individual needs and helping them develop their confidence, engagement and progress. You may be supporting children who have struggled to engage with a traditional school environment and who require a calm, consistent and nurturing approach.
We are looking for tutors who are passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and who can create a safe, positive and encouraging learning environment.
