Quantum Scholars seeks a SEND Tutor to work with children and young people across Somerset in-person. The role focuses on personalised support for learners with SEND/SEMH, building confidence and independence.
You will adapt teaching to individual needs, monitor progress and provide feedback while following safeguarding procedures. DBS checks and right-to-work in the UK are required.

Quantum Scholars is looking for a supportive, patient and experienced SEND Tutor to work with children and young people across Somerset. This is an in-person tutoring opportunity and is not an online role.
The role involves providing personalised educational support to learners who may have additional needs and benefit from a flexible, individualised approach to education. You will build positive and trusting relationships with learners, adapt your teaching to meet their individual needs and help them develop their confidence, engagement and independence.
The successful tutor will be able to create engaging and accessible learning experiences while remaining flexible to each learner's pace, interests, abilities and needs. Experience supporting young people with SEND, SEMH needs, or those who have found mainstream education challenging would be particularly beneficial.
