Job summary

Cambian New Elizabethan School in Hartlebury is seeking a passionate Primary teacher to join a small, specialist SEND team. You will lead, plan and deliver differentiated lessons, adapting the curriculum for Cognition and Learning and ASC needs, while collaborating with therapists and families to support each pupil's progress.

Qualifications

• Must have QTS or equivalent and experience teaching in a primary setting.
• Ability to plan, deliver and assess using continuous provision with SEND considerations.
• Experience working with pupils with ASD or other additional needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging lessons meeting diverse needs.
• Implement continuous provision approaches to support independence and sensory needs.
• Collaborate with therapists and families to support pupil progress.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress and adapt plans accordingly.
• Maintain safeguarding and promote pupil wellbeing.
