Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. in Royston, Hertfordshire, is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with SEND and Autism. The role is full-time, term-time only, with pay of £130–£140 per day, starting ASAP.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils, helping them access learning and develop independence. The setting values a patient, nurturing approach and a real passion for making a positive difference.

Qualifications

• Patience, nurturing attitude and genuine passion for supporting young people.
• Experience with SEND and Autism desirable.
• Ability to provide 1:1 and small-group support.
• Willingness to learn and work in a school setting.
