Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a 1:1 SEND role in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. You will support a named pupil across the school day, monitoring progress and enabling inclusion both academically and socially.

Experience with autism and EHCP targets is highly desirable, with a patient, reliable approach to building trusted pupil relationships. The position is full-time during term-time, starting ASAP, with a 37-hour week and a daily rate of £95.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a student with EHCP targets.
• Ability to work one-to-one with a pupil across the school day.
• Patience and reliability in building professional relationships with pupils.
