Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited has an opening for a Learning Support Specialist to assist learners with SEND, including complex needs, in East London. You will provide both educational and personal support, enabling safe and effective study access, working with staff, therapists, healthcare professionals and families.

The role covers educational and medical support, personal care, moving and handling, safeguarding and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with SEND.
• Ability to deliver personal care and support with mobility and daily living activities.
• Strong communication and learner-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one educational support tailored to learner needs.
• Support personal care, including hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding.
• Administer medications and assist PEG feeding according to plans.
• Assist moving and handling and operate equipment safely.
• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control records.
