Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking a SEND Learning Support Practitioner to support learners with SEND in educational settings. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, healthcare professionals and families to tailor support that enables learners to access education and develop independence.

The role involves personal care, medical assistance (including PEG feeding), and using assistive equipment to support mobility and wellbeing. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with SEND.
• Experience providing personal care.
• Experience administering medication.
• Experience with PEG feeding.
• Experience with manual handling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to safeguarding learner wellbeing.
