Job summary

Responsibilities

• The Learning Support Manager will take operational responsibility for SEND systems and processes, including EHCP Annual Reviews, SEND records and data, transition arrangements, and the effective organisation of Learning Support resources.
• Act as a key point of contact for students, parents and carers, staff, the Local Authority and other professionals, ensuring effective communication and accurate information for a responsive and supportive Learning Support provision.
• Work closely with the SENDCo to support statutory SEND responsibilities and promote inclusion, wellbeing, independence and engagement with education.
