Axcis Education is recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist Post-16 SEND college in DA17. This full-time, term-time role involves 1:1 and small group support for students aged 16+ with SEND, including ASD and ADHD, across vocational subjects.
No formal TA qualification is required, but experience with SEND is highly desirable. The role focuses on developing independence, employability, confidence and essential life skills inside and outside the classroom.

Axcis Education is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist Post-16 SEND college in DA17. No formal Teaching Assistant qualification is required, although experience supporting young people with additional needs is highly desirable.
The role involves supporting students aged 16+ with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, moderate learning difficulties, communication needs, and complex learning needs. You will support learners both in the classroom and during vocational subjects, helping them develop independence, employability skills, confidence, and essential life skills.
