ANZUK Education is seeking a dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in Grays to support students with SEND. The role involves 1:1 or small-group work, adapting materials, and maintaining a safe, supportive learning environment.
You will work with the SENCO to help students access the curriculum and build confidence. DBS enhancement is expected; safeguarding is a priority and you will be supported throughout the placement.

Salary: £92.65 – £95 per day (PAYE and Umbrella options available)
Contract Type: Full-Time / Temp to Perm

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide tailored support to students with additional needs. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in psychology, childcare, or those who have a genuine passion for supporting students with Autism (ASD), ADHD, or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will work closely with the SENCO to ensure that students can access the curriculum and feel confident in their learning environment.
