Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 5 or above (or equivalent).
• Ability to build effective relationships with students, parents/carers and colleagues.
• Positive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate commitment to supporting young people with additional learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Build positive and supportive relationships with students with SEND, individually or in small groups.
• Deliver targeted interventions to overcome barriers to learning, including social and study skills.
• Provide encouragement and constructive feedback to develop confidence and independence.
• Liaise with teaching staff and SEND team to monitor progress and evaluate support strategies.
