SEND Support Worker!

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of children and vulnerable adults? Do you have a passion for supporting those with special needs? Whether you're new to social care or have personal experience with SEND, we want YOU!

Protocol Education is on the lookout for dynamic and compassionate individuals to join a SEND provision in Withamas a Learning Support Assistant (LSA).

This is your chance to work with students who have a wide range of special needs such as ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD, or those with Statements of Educational Need. No experience? No problem! If you have the drive to make a positive difference, we’ll help you thrive in this role!

As a part of our team, you’ll be an inspiration to our students, providing the encouragement and support they need to reach their full potential. You'll build strong relationships, foster a positive learning environment, and empower each student to achieve their best—regardless of their individual needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
