Our schools in Witham are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Learning Support Assistant to join our team starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and committed to making a positive impact on their educational journey.

As a SEND Learning Support Assistant, the successful candidate will play a vital role in providing tailored support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and delivering personalised support for students with SEND.

- Work closely with teachers to monitor and assess student progress.

- Provide individual and small group support to students, addressing their unique needs.

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support student development.

- Contribute to the development of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management plans.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working with students with SEND is advantageous.
