Lee Chapel Primary School is seeking a passionate SEND Learning Support Assistant to join the Inclusion Hub. You will work with teachers, the SENDCo and other professionals to support pupils with EHCPs and SEND, helping them access learning and develop key skills.
Term-time only, 30 hours per week, you will provide consistent support, assist with behaviour and communication plans, and help create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes wellbeing and progression.
