Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate and deliver individually tailored workshops and 1:1 support for students with SEND to promote independence and success.
• Coordinate with ALS/Enhance teams to deliver extra-curricular activities for EHCP students to aid transition, retention and achievement.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to monitor progress and set ambitious learning goals for students.
• Utilise assistive technology and remote learning resources to help students overcome barriers.
