Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a SEND Learning Facilitator to work in a school environment, supporting pupils with SEND across key stages. You will collaborate with colleagues to help pupils engage, achieve, and progress, while maintaining confidentiality and upholding school policies.

The role offers free CPD training, ongoing consultant support, and potential progression into teaching or long-term SEND support roles. Weekly PAYE pay is provided, with a focus on safeguarding and pupil welfare.

• Working closely with colleagues to achieve the school’s shared goals.
• Supporting pupils with SEND, ASD, SLD, PMLD, across key stages.

• Maintaining confidentiality at all times about pupils, families, and colleagues.
• Celebrating successes and setting high standards for yourself and others.
• Respecting and valuing each individual’s differences and beliefs, in line with school policies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
