Weston College Group is seeking a SEND Job Coach to work full-time at our Weston-super-Mare campuses. You will assess needs, provide targeted job coaching, and ensure support aligns with each student's Education Health and Care Plan.

You will collaborate with the EHCP team to ensure timely documentation and statutory requirements are met. The role involves delivering evidence-based coaching, working with learners with learning difficulties, and keeping progress under review to promote successful

Qualifications

LDD or SEND qualification or willingness to gain within two years.
Experience delivering learning support and job coaching with outcomes.
Knowledge of learning difficulties, disabilities and how they affect learning and employability.
Experience with evidence-based job coaching and learning strategies.

Responsabilités

Carry out Initial Needs Assessments and Vocational Profiling to establish support needs and track progress.
Deliver Job Coaching and implement SEND Code of Practice and National Occupational Standards.
Plan and review individual programmes of support ensuring EHCP requirements are in place and progress is tracked.
Liaise with EHCP Coordinator to ensure timely EHCP applications and required documentation.
