Job summary

Aspire People is seeking dedicated Job Coaches to join our team and support our partner College for SEN pupils aged 18+. The roles include full-time, part-time and ad hoc cover, with daily pay of £120–£135 depending on role and experience.

Location: Wellingborough. As a Job Coach you will help learners develop employability and workplace skills, support transitions into employment and adult life, and deliver sessions 1:1 or in groups while building strong relationships with students, staff and

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people with SEND or similar settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexibly in different environments.

Responsibilities

• Support students in developing employability and workplace skills.
• Provide encouragement, guidance and practical support in learning and work-based environments.
• Help students build confidence, independence and communication skills.
• Support students during work experience and vocational activities.
• Develop positive relationships with students, colleagues, employers and other professionals.
• Encourage students to overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
• Promote independence while providing appropriate levels of support.
• Follow individual support plans and contribute to progress.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
