Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform lives by delivering Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEMH and SEND needs. Roles are flexible—in person, hybrid, and remote work options are available across the UK.

Candidates should have 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, and a safeguarding mindset. This self-employed opportunity supports a trauma-informed approach and enables you to work around your schedule while making a real impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD in trauma-informed practice.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) required.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to learners with SEND/SEMH.
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular feedback on progress.
• Support KS1–KS5 as appropriate for your skills.
• Contribute to a trauma-informed, safe learning environment.
