Job summary

Astbury St Mary's CofE Primary School seeks a dedicated HLTA Intervention Lead to work with the SENCO and staff. You will plan, deliver and evaluate targeted interventions for pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, supporting children with SEN to build confidence and independence.

The successful candidate will plan, deliver and lead interventions, with a HLTA qualification or equivalent, and will be flexible, patient and nurturing to help pupils flourish in a primary school setting.

• Good understanding of SEND.
• Experience in planning, delivering and leading interventions.

• Experience working in a primary school.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality, targeted interventions for pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Support children with SEN to develop confidence and independence.
• Lead and monitor intervention programmes in collaboration with SENCO and teaching staff.
• Provide classroom cover to support day-to-day school operations.
