Job summary

Salford City College Group is seeking an Inclusion Support Assistant to support learners with SEND across college sites, helping them access the curriculum and reach their potential.

You will join the Learning Support Department and work with tutors to remove barriers and provide flexible, learner-centred support across Eccles College, City Skills, and Pendleton Sixth Form. The role emphasizes proactive, person-centred support to help every learner thrive.

• You will support learners with diverse needs in and out of the classroom with their academic progress, personal development, wellbeing, inclusion, and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Support students across a diverse range of subjects and cross college sites within the SCC group.
• Work alongside classroom tutors to break down barriers and ensure learners access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
